Light emitting fibre optic cables emit NO heat, NO electricity and NO ultra-violet rays.  In addition, fibre optics are flexible, clear, cold resistant and virtually unbreakable.  Fibre optic lighting is a highly energy efficient and cost effective alternative to traditional lighting as only one light source (illuminator) is used for multiple points of light.
